The Institutional Effectiveness and Quality Enhancement Unit is responsible for:

• preparing the handbooks (Staff Handbook, Assessment Handbook, Curriculum Handbook, Quality Handbook, and Student Handbook) and keeping them up-to-date;
• developing quality improvement and action plans according to the objectives and goals of the institution and in cooperation with all units and instructors;
• keeping track of internal and external audits, evaluating their results, and suggesting solutions accordingly;
• following the accreditation process for the BUSFL;
• informing all the stakeholders about these processes; 

• enhancing quality in the learning process;
• working on improving the school’s administrative systems; and
• working on solutions to improve students’ and instructors’ performances.
