Student Complaints

BEUSFL aims to build good relationships with its students and staff, and takes all the necessary steps to have a peaceful and motivating environment for both parties. To provide and maintain such an atmosphere, all complaints by students and instructors are given careful consideration and necessary actions are taken to deal with these complaints. When you have a complaint, you are advised to follow the steps shown in the figure (See Appendix A for contact people in certain situations).

Those who do not wish to follow the above-mentioned steps may communicate their requests, suggestions or complaints through their class representatives or through feedback boxes in the halls.
